Vipassana

5 & 10 Day Silent meditation

Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion.

Evening Meditation

We understand it can be challenging to find the time or have the freedom to come for one of our longer programs, so with this we hope that some of you will join us for our evening meditation sessions.

These sessions will be guided and will have different focal  points. These will include breath work, silent, sound, self enquire, mantra, chanting and self observation.

If you have any questions about any of the meditation techniques, please don't hesitate to contact me.

You can see which type of meditation session we are holding, by clicking on the event and reading the description.

You are welcome to stay after the meditation sessions for open talks around the fire if you choose to.

Evening Meditation

Back to the Roots

After living in my woods for 22 days without screens, electricity or social interaction, there was a huge transformation that took place. A deeper connection to nature that can only be felt and experienced to believe it.

Leave your phones and online world behind as you come join us to explore living and learning in our woodland.

You can choose to either camp next to the wood or sleep inside the wood on one of our woodland beds.

During your stay there will be several activities available including, craft, organic growing & composting workshops. open discussions, sound bath, meditation and talks about ancestral history. We have a fire every night which is a sacred part of this experience.

You can freely pick and choose which activities you would like to be involved in and utilise your time here how you please.

Ecstatic Dance

This is one of my favourite events when living in Arambol, Goa, India.

Ecstatic dance is a unique way for us to explore movement and break down so many barriers within ourselves.

Being around others in a sober environment, dancing and being taken on a journey of sound is an experience that is beyond what many of us can comprehend.

Many people close their eyes and stay within the confines of their space, where others interact with each other and explore mutual connection through movement.

Respect to other peoples personal space is paramount at these events and there is a strong appreciation that everyone is exploring a solo journey.
